Map - Test Chamber 420:

Description:

I released this map on gamebanana.com a while ago before I had my site up and running. You can download it from there or from my site.

Not for the novice aperture science test subject, but beatable. Sentries, super high jumps, super long jumps, multiple ways to solve puzzles, companion cubes that sing, colored companion cubes, glass architecture and there's cake at the end, I promise. One sec, my banularphone is ringing. It was the companion cube, it wanted me to tell you that you are going to need 8 cubes/sentries (there’s more than 8 cubes in the map) to finish the map. so, bring them with you to the end.

Recommendation:

Make sure you quick save at every safe point you can, because you will probably die. This map is not easy. You need 8 cubes to unlock the final door, you can use sentries to push buttons and there are more than 8 cubes on the map.

Acknowledgements:

Valve, Glados, the cake, and my friend the companion cube. Maybe black mesa...

Spoiler:

You don’t have to watch this video to know how to beat the map and it ruins the ending if you do watch it without beating the map on your own.

Map - Test Chamber 421:

Description:

This is the second map for portal I’ve made. After reading some of the comments from my Test Chamber 420 map on game banana.com, I tried to listen to what they had to say and apply some of their criticisms to the creation of Test Chamber 421.

There are also timed portal sequences that fire based on invisible triggers.

This map is smaller, more optimized than Test Chamber 420 and is purely puzzle based. There are three cubes in the map and a series of buttons that need to be pushed in order to complete the map. There are also no sentries in this version. I’m debating making a hard mode version of the map in the future.

Hint: I used portal guns linked to buttons.
